Welcome , to the UC Davis Cancer Center Shared Resources.
Shared Resources are facilities and services intended to provide access to technology and expertise that
enhances the research productivity of the UCD Cancer Center. Shared Resources provide a basis for scientific
interaction and consultation as well as access to services that facilitate the research and strengthen our
administrative and organizational cohesiveness.

| Shared Resources Billing Requirements |
|
- If you are UCD faculty or staff shared resource usage is charged to a valid DaFIS
account and recharge ID
- If you are a PI your account/grant must be entered prior to
the utilization of any of the shared resources (My Profile => Edit Grant/Account Info)
- A PI or Account Manager may enter and/or deactivate the grant/account.
In order for the Account Manager to manage billing information they must have a valid profile in the system
and have their PI(s) defined in their own profile
- If you are not a PI your PI must also have a profile entered and be defined as the
PI/Mentor that you work for. (My Profile => Edit Profile => PI Information:)
- If you are non-UCD faculty or staff shared resource usage is charged to a PO number.
(My Profile => Edit Profile => Non-UCD Company or Employer Information)
